Russell Frank
Ph.D.: University of Pennsylvania
Professor Frank worked for newspapers as a reporter
and editor for 12 years and writes a regular column for the Centre
Daily Times. Frank, whose doctorate from the University of
Pennsylvania is in folklore, conducts research that explores the
tensions between journalism's storytelling and truth-telling functions.
He teaches news writing, reporting methods, feature writing and
news media ethics.
